This women's 8" leather work boot features the world's only Metatech System Flex internal metatarsal protection, consisting of a lightweight, impact-absorbing PU foam cushion and a super-flexible, comfortable TPU shield that protects the top and side of your foot without sacrificing the shoe's suppleness and flexibility.

- 2 mm waterproof full grain leather upper with triple sealed seams.
- Steel toe and puncture-resistant plate.
- METATECH System Flex Flexible metguard protection, CSA M certified, protects the top as well as the sides of the foot.
- Breathable mesh lining with antimicrobial treatment.
- Removable PU molded insole.
- Steel shank.
- Scuff resistant TPU toe cap for increased wear protection.
- Dual density outsole made of natural rubber and lightweight PU core.
- Corrosion resistant metal eyelets.
- 90° heel angle.
- Padded tongue and collar.
