If you are looking for a lightweight jacket that is still 100% waterproof, then the Manchester Rain Jacket is the perfect solution. This coat features Helly Tech® Protection, all seams are fully taped to insure that no water get through and there is cape venting in the back for ventilation without a risk of getting wet.
