The Dräger Single Bottle Cascade System, CGA‑346 (PN 4055749) is a breathing air distribution system designed to support one high‑pressure storage cylinder (cascade style) for respiratory air supply. It is offered in a “no cylinders included” configuration, so users can provide their own cylinder(s) to suit their needs.

This cascade system is rated for low pressure service up to ~ 3000 psi (CGA‑346 standard), and is intended to deliver regulated breathing air to up to four respirator users simultaneously via manifold outlets.

The package includes essential components for safe and effective air distribution:

• A manifold with four Hansen brass quick‑disconnect outlets, enabling multiple respirators to draw air in parallel.

• Inline check valves, allowing the cylinder to be changed or isolated without interrupting supply to all users.

• Pressure gauges for both incoming (cylinder) and outgoing (service) pressures.

• A pressure reducer / regulator to bring the high pressure from the cylinder down to safe usable service pressure.

• A relief valve to protect against overpressure.

• A low-pressure alarm (pneumatic whistle style) to warn users of diminishing air supply.

• Cylinder connecting “pigtails” or whips with CGA‑346 fittings for hooking up the high-pressure cylinder(s).
