RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer have 30 days from date of receipt to Return/Exchange an item.

If you are not satisfied with the product ordered, items can be Returned/Exchanged within 30 days of shipment, for a refund (provided the product is undamaged).
To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returned/Exchanged items must be in the original packaging.
When Returning/Exchanging an item, All Safety will have to provide you with a specific return authorization number, in which is linked to your transaction.
Returns received at All Safety may be assessed a 20% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit provided. Restocking fee's do not apply to exchanges.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your credit.
For all Returns/Exchanges, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to handle the return shipping.

FINAL SALE

Items listed as "FINAL SALE" are NOT eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Non-returnable products include: Any Customized, Discontinued, Special Order, Made-to-Order or Assembled Products.

SHIPPING

As an order is being placed, we will provide a freight rate based on the shipping costs to your location. All Safety will always ship from the closest warehouse to you with available stock. All shipping times are estimates, and sometimes stock needs to be transferred between warehouses before the shipping process is started. If you require an order by a specific date, please share this within the "Order Comments" section, and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements.
