Description
Drager Drug Test 5000 Analyzer
The Drager DrugTest® 5000 system is a fast, accurate means of testing oral fluid samples for drugs of abuse, such as amphetamines, designer amphetamines, opiates, cocaine and metabolites, benzodiazepines and cannabinoids, as well as precise diagnostic evaluation and data management.
The Drager DrugTest® 5000 system is comprised of two main components: the Drager DrugTest® 5000 Test Kits and the Drager DrugTest® 5000 Analyzer. Reliable and easy to use, the Dräger DrugTest®
5000 Analyzer is a mobile oral fluid screening device for providing qualitative detection of drugs using the Dräger DrugTest® 5000 Test-kits.
Providing reliable and precise analysis of the Test Kit sample within just a few minutes, this state-of-the-art opto-electronic system weighs less than 10 pounds. The Dräger DrugTest® 5000 Analyzer has a user-friendly, menu-driven, illuminated display which can be easily read, even at acute angles.
The Analyzer interprets the results from the DrugTest® 5000 Kit, eliminating any possibility of human error in reading the results. The full color display interface either indicates “Positive” or “Negative” for each drug class.
The Drager DrugTest® 5000 Analyzer, with its simple three-key operation, can also be easily linked to a wide variety of data recording devices such as a PC, Dräger Mobile Printer or barcode scanner.
The Analyzer’s integral data memory allows for up to 500 individual measurements to be stored for printing or upload to a PC.
In addition to data management, a built-in self-test capability controls temperature, optics and general operation.
With easily configurable software, the flexible menu can also be quickly configured to meet the needs of different applications.
Combined with a carry bag, this mobile system is a complete “substance abuse monitoring” system for on-the-spot measurements when equipped with a Drager DrugTest® 5000 Analyzer, Drager Mobile
Printer, keyboard, DrugTest® 5000 Test Kits, breath alcohol testing device, mouthpieces, and system documentation.
