The Dräger Cascade Breathing Air System – CGA‑346 is a high-capacity, regulated air distribution system designed to provide a reliable supply of Grade D breathing air to airline respirators in industrial, emergency response, and confined space applications. Engineered for durability and performance, this system supports simultaneous use by up to four respirator users and is available in two configurations: with or without pre-installed breathing air cylinders.

This modular cascade system utilizes high-pressure storage cylinders connected through a manifold and regulated pressure control system.
