Premium illuminated pilot car sign frame built for high-visibility escort vehicle operations in the heavy haul industry.
This rugged, back-lit sign frame is engineered for maximum visibility, durability, and performance. Constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge metal and finished in a protective white powder-coated paint, the frame supports two illuminated sign inserts (sold separately) and is equipped with bright white LED sign lighting plus four amber LED corner lights—two facing forward, two facing rear. Designed primarily for pilot car use, it can also be mounted on service or utility vehicles to deliver critical information or provide a clear visual warning when in transit or parked at the roadside. Over Dimensional Load inserts and Safety and Informational Sign inserts sold separately.

The integrated lighting system is wired through a standard 6-way trailer plug and includes a unique feature that allows the front and rear light sets to be operated independently. The unit is powered by 12-volt electrical systems and requires simple assembly, including mounting of the flasher units.
