The Dräger X-plore 8000 hoods are essential components for the X-plore 8000 powered air-purifying respirators for ambient air applications and are also compatible with the Dräger X-plore 9300 airline device for independent air supply applications. The hoods are available in various lengths and offer light and comfortable protection with the highest safety level for open headpieces.

The Dräger X-plore 8000 system: Designed for full compatibility

The system consists of either an X-plore 8300, X-plore 8500 or X-plore 8700 powered air-purifying respirator for applications dependent on the ambient air or the X-plore 9300 compressed air line system for working with an independent air supply. Both are combined with a headpiece such as an X-plore 8000 helmet, visor, hood or X-plore mask (X-plore 9300: only for loose fitting headpieces).
